Master concepts and techniques to properly defend yourself.

Level 3 is an advanced level seminar incorporating improvised weapon training.  *Completion of Level 1&2 is required. Men, women, and youth ages 16 and up are welcome!

This seminar will be a combination of instruction and participation. You will practice techniques with a partner. No equipment required. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in.

Following the seminar you will receive a link to the review video of the techniques taught.
