Description

Master concepts and techniques to properly defend yourself.

Level 1 is an entry level seminar designed for all skill levels and backgrounds. Men, women, and youth ages 12 and older are encourage to attend.

This seminar will be a combination of instruction and participation. You will practice techniques with a partner. No equipment required. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in.

Following the seminar you will receive a link to the review video of the techniques taught.
